The primary mission of this research center is to integrate medical big data and artificial intelligence to achieve the goals of precision medicine. Precision medicine represents a new paradigm of healthcare; by integrating big data—including genetic testing, disease treatment, daily activities, and post-recovery tracking—and combining it combining it with artificial intelligence, clinical physicians can be assisted in accurately selecting the most suitable targeted drugs and related treatment plans for patients. In doing so, we can not only reduce the risk of morbidity and increase the opportunity to prevent disease occurrence, but also improve patient survival rates. The research themes of this center include the application of artificial intelligence and big data in: • genomic analysis, epigenomic analysis, microbiome analysis, and the development of anti-cancer drugs, as well as the development of an intelligent reporting system for precision medicine.
